David · Sarah Lynn · Lily · Judah
We're David and Sarah Lynn, with Lily and Judah running ahead of us. A few years ago we packed up our American life and moved our family to a quiet property on the side of a mountain in the Kingdom of eSwatini, Southern Africa. We haven't looked back.
Lily is five — fierce, creative, and would rather paint something than explain it. Judah is four, obsessed with anything with wheels, and carrying a heart that's going to soften rooms before he even knows it. We're raising them in the most beautiful classroom we've ever seen.
This is our life.
We've crossed three continents in a week, more than once. The backdrop in every photo is always different — but it's always the four of us. We left a version of life that was built for the individual. We wanted something built for the four of us, and for the people we'd meet along the way. Our faith is our foundation. Our family is our home. Our work is how we try to leave things better than we found them.
On-the-ground community development in eSwatini. We walk alongside local leaders — getting our hands dirty, building real relationships, and equipping people to change their own futures.
